Faculty of Pharmacy UGM Presents Awards to Outstanding Pharmacist Professional Program Graduates

Yogyakarta, 13 Mei 2026 — The Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) held an award presentation ceremony for graduates of the Pharmacist Professional Program as part of the pharmacist oath-taking ceremony, which was attended by 63 participants. The event served as a form of appreciation for the graduates’ academic achievements, professionalism, and dedication throughout their professional pharmacy education.

On this occasion, the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM, in collaboration with pharmaceutical industry partners, presented several awards to outstanding graduates through the Dexa Award, Novell Award, and Pharmacy Award.

The Dexa Award was presented by the representative of PT Inertia Utama (Dexa Group), Mr. Mateus Ramidi, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager of Dexa Group, to apt.  Annisa Rizka Nirmala, S.Farm., in recognition of her academic excellence and achievements.

Furthermore, the Novell Award was presented by the representative of PT Novell Pharmaceutical Group, Mr. Soejono Sasongko, Associate Human Resource Plant Manager of PT Novell Pharmaceutical Group. The award was received by apt. Chantya Anindita Putri, S.Farm., and apt. Tania Audria Sutopo, S.Farm.

Meanwhile, the Pharmacy Award was presented directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM, Prof. Dr. apt. Satibi, M.Si., to four award recipients: apt. Syakira Mumtaz, S.Farm.; apt. Hasna Yumna Azizah, S.Farm.; apt. Muhammad Falikhul Umam, S.Farm.; and apt. Archangela Audreys Reffriandi, S.Farm.

Professor Satibi expressed his appreciation to all graduates who completed their professional education. He hopes that the newly inaugurated pharmacists will carry out their professional responsibilities with integrity and professionalism while making meaningful contributions to public healthcare services.

The pharmacist oath-taking ceremony and award presentation also align with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being through strengthening the quality of professional healthcare personnel, SDG 4: Quality Education through the implementation of excellent and competency-based pharmaceutical higher education, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through collaboration between the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM and the national pharmaceutical industry in supporting the development of healthcare human resources. This synergy between academia and industry is expected to produce adaptive and competent pharmacists who are ready to contribute to improving public health services.
