UGM Faculty of Pharmacy Holds Joint Data Entry Session for 2025–2026 Research and Community Engagement

Yogyakarta, October 5, 2026 — The Faculty of Pharmacy UGM held a joint data entry session for research and community engagement activities in 2025 and 2026 that were not funded through BIMA KEMDIKTISAINTEK on Monday (October 5). The activity took place at the 8th Floor Auditorium, APSLC Building, Faculty of Pharmacy UGM, and was attended by faculty members.

The activity was organized as a follow-up to the updating of faculty members’ research and community engagement data, particularly activities not funded through BIMA KEMDIKTISAINTEK. Through the joint data entry session, faculty members received assistance in completing and verifying the accuracy of the required data to support the updating of higher education performance data.

Vice Dean for Research, Community Engagement, Cooperation, and Alumni Affairs of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM, Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Nanang Fakhrudin, M.Si., Apt., emphasized that complete and accurate data play an important role in supporting the management of research and community engagement information at both the faculty and university levels.

The data collected through this activity also contribute to the updating of information in the Science and Technology Index (SINTA), Indonesia’s research information system. Faculty members were encouraged to update their respective SINTA profiles, including their Scopus ID, Garuda ID, Google Scholar ID, intellectual property records, and book publications.

In addition to data updates by faculty members, SINTA verifiers at the faculty level also play an important role in assisting faculty members and conducting data verification and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information. The updating process also covers research and community engagement data from 2023 to 2026, PDDikti synchronization at the faculty member level, and the updating of study program accreditation status.

The management and updating of research and community engagement data also contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education through strengthening data-driven governance and the quality of higher education; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure through strengthening the research and innovation ecosystem; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through collaboration and coordination among faculty members, the faculty, and relevant stakeholders in managing academic and research data.
