Yogyakarta, 17 September 2026 – The Faculty of Pharmacy at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) received a visit from the UGM Archives Team on Thursday (17/9) from 14:00 to 16:00 WIB in the Library Room on the 2nd floor of Unit I Building, Faculty of Pharmacy, UGM. The visit was conducted to ensure the establishment of accountable records management across all departments at Gadjah Mada University.
This visit was carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Vice-Rector for Education and Teaching at UGM, Prof. Dr. Wening Udasmoro, S.S., M.Hum., DEA., who scheduled UGM’s internal records management oversight program to take place between 14 and 25 September 2026. At the faculty level, the implementation of this activity was overseen by the Head of the Administration Office of the Faculty of Pharmacy, UGM, Andrian Dion Priadi, S.Kom., in coordination with the Vice Dean for Finance, Assets and Human Resources, Prof. Dr.rer.nat. apt. Endang Lukitaningsih, M.Si.
The 2026 series of archival supervision activities will be carried out in three main stages:
- Preparatory Workshop
The programme begins with the Archival Oversight Preparation Workshop on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, organised by the UGM Library and Archives Unit for archival managers and staff from various departments to provide technical guidance on completing the forms and preparing supporting evidence.
2. Completion of Forms & Supporting Evidence
Faculty records managers must complete the audit forms and provide the supporting evidence, which must be submitted by 11 September 2026 at the latest via the official email address of the UGM Archives Division.
3. On-site Visit
The final stage involves direct monitoring and verification by the UGM Internal Records Management Audit Team, coordinated by Isti Maryatun, S.S.T.Ars.
The implementation of records management within the Faculty of Pharmacy at UGM is in line with Gadjah Mada University’s commitment to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 16 on Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. Through the supervision and organisation of archives that are orderly, authentic and integrated, the Faculty of Pharmacy, UGM, can strengthen transparency, accountability and institutional governance. Furthermore, with a sound archiving system, the integrity of academic and research data will be safeguarded, and the risk of unverified information being disclosed will be minimised.
