UGM Faculty of Pharmacy Holds Lecturer Performance Incentives (IKD) Socialization

Yogyakarta, 6 March 2026 — The Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) held a Socialization of the Lecturer Performance Incentivess (IKD) on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of the APSLC Building, Faculty of Pharmacy UGM. The event was attended by lecturers within the Faculty of Pharmacy as part of an effort to enhance their understanding of the policies and implementation of lecturer performance incentives applied at the university level.

The socialization session featured speakers from the Vice Rector for Human Resources and Finance of UGM, Prof. Dr. Supriyadi, M.Sc. and Prof. Suadi, S.Pi., M.Agr.Sc., Ph.D. as the Head of HR Directorate, along with the University’s Human Resources Team. Through the presentations delivered, lecturers received comprehensive explanations regarding the policy direction of the 2026 IKD, the mechanisms for evaluating lecturer performance, as well as strategies to optimize the implementation of the tridharma of higher education in alignment with institutional standards and targets.

The Dean of the UGM Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. apt. Satibi, M.Si., stated that this socialization activity plays an important role in ensuring that all lecturers share the same understanding regarding the performance incentives implemented within the university. With a clear understanding of these indicators, lecturers are expected to plan and carry out their activities in education, research, and community service in a more focused and impactful manner.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM also reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improving the quality of academic human resources. Strengthening the lecturer performance evaluation system is not only aimed at maintaining the quality of higher education, but also at encouraging innovation, increasing research productivity, and fostering meaningful contributions to society.

The socialization was conducted interactively and included a discussion session that provided lecturers with the opportunity to raise questions and share feedback regarding the implementation of IKD at the faculty level. This discussion is expected to clarify various technical aspects while strengthening coordination between the faculty and the university in implementing the policy.

The implementation of this IKD socialization is also aligned with the commitment of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through improving the quality of higher education, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through strengthening professional work systems and lecturers’ academic productivity, and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) through transparent, accountable, and sustainable governance of educational institutions.
