Yogyakarta, October 29, 2025 — The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Gadjah Mada, in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, Thailand, organized a guest lecture titled “Pharmacy Service’s Quality and Patients’ Satisfaction: A Management Approach.” The event featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luerat Anuratpanich as the keynote speaker and was held in a hybrid format, attended by postgraduate students, researchers, and pharmacy professionals from various institutions.
The lecture explored management-based strategies to improve patient satisfaction and service quality in the pharmaceutical sector, aiming to strengthen the professional competence of pharmacy students and practitioners in Indonesia.
This activity supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by enhancing the quality of healthcare services, Goal 4 (Quality Education) through international academic learning opportunities, and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by fostering collaboration between Universitas Gadjah Mada and Mahidol University.
