Yogyakarta, 20 May 2026 — The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), once again celebrated the graduation of its students during the Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony for Period III of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. A total of 110 graduates from the Faculty of Pharmacy were officially conferred alongside graduates from other faculties at UGM on Thursday (20/5) at Grha Sabha Pramana UGM. In this graduation period, the graduates achieved an impressive academic performance with an average Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.73.
In this graduation period, the award for best graduate of the UGM Faculty of Pharmacy was awarded to Putri Puspa Sari from the 2022 cohort. Putri achieved an almost perfect GPA of 3.96, completing her studies in 3 years, 6 months, and 12 days at the age of 22 years, 1 month, and 2 days. This achievement reflects her dedication, consistency, and strong passion for learning throughout her studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM.
The success of these graduates reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM to producing highly qualified human resources with global competitiveness. In addition to academic excellence, students are also encouraged to actively engage in research, community service, and various self-development activities that support professional competencies in the pharmaceutical field.
This achievement is also aligned with the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM’s support for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education through the provision of high-quality higher education; SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being through the development of pharmaceutical professionals who contribute to improving public health; and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by preparing graduates who are competent, productive, and ready to compete in both professional and research environments.
The Faculty of Pharmacy UGM hopes that all graduates will continue to uphold the values of knowledge, integrity, and dedication in every step of their future endeavors.
