Yogyakarta, October 25, 2025 — The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Gadjah Mada, held Art Night as the highlight of its 79th Anniversary Celebration, carrying the theme “Blooming Under the Moonlight.” The event took place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 6:15 to 10:20 p.m. at the Open Hall of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM (between Unit 1 and APSLC).
This event served as a platform for appreciation and entertainment for the entire academic community of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM. Through Art Night, the faculty aimed to strengthen the bonds among students, lecturers, and educational staff in an atmosphere of joy, togetherness, and celebration.
The evening began with a symbolic cake-cutting ceremony, followed by a series of artistic performances by students, lecturers, and staff members. One of the highlights was Pharmacy Got Talent, showcasing various creative performances from each student cohort. The event also featured special performances from lecturers and staff, as well as an appearance by a guest star who enlivened the festive evening.
As a gesture of appreciation for the dedication of all members of the Faculty of Pharmacy community, the committee also presented awards to lecturers, administrative staff, security officers, cleaning personnel, and students across several nomination categories.
Through this event, the Faculty of Pharmacy hopes to foster a stronger sense of pride and unity among its members, while providing a space to express creativity and artistic potential within the academic environment. This celebration also supports the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), by promoting a healthy and harmonious social environment, encouraging holistic education, and strengthening collaboration within the academic community.
With the spirit of Blooming Under the Moonlight, the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM strives to demonstrate that togetherness, creativity, and appreciation are essential in nurturing a harmonious and empowered academic community.
