Pharmacy UGM – On Monday (2/3), the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), held the Ngobrol Bareng Dekanat (NgoBat) as a platform for open discussion between the faculty leaderboard and educational staff. The event took place at the APSLC Auditorium on the 8th floor and was attended by the Dean, the Head of Laboratories (Kalab), and the Head of Study Programs (Kaprodi) of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM. All educational staff were present to engage in discussion and voice their aspirations in this forum.
The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM, Prof. Dr. apt. Satibi, M.Si., opened the event with a speech emphasizing the importance of two-way communication in fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. He highlighted that the educational staff are the crucial element in supporting the sustainability and improvement of academic quality within the faculty.
After the opening remarks, the event proceeded with a discussion and Q&A session that brought together the faculty leaderboard and educational staff. During this session, various strategic issues regarding academic management, human resource development, and improvements in administrative services were discussed. The discussion was interactive, with many constructive inputs from participants, which were directly received by the faculty leaderboard.
NgoBat was held as a form of faculty leaderboard hearing, aimed at creating more transparent and effective communication between leaderboard and educational staff. Through this activity, it is hoped that a stronger synergy will be formed to support the vision and mission of the Faculty of Pharmacy UGM.
This event also aligns with UGM’s commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4 (Quality Education) by fostering an inclusive academic environment and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) through transparent and participatory governance.
