Yogyakarta, August 12, 2025 – The Master of Pharmacy Management (MMF) program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), demonstrated its commitment to educational quality assurance by conducting a post-accreditation Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activity. This event was organized by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Health Higher Education (LAM-PTKes) in a hybrid format on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
The event ran from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB and was held in person at the Leadership Meeting Room, APSLC Building, 7th Floor, while LAM-PTKes assessors participated online via Zoom. This activity is part of the external quality assurance cycle to ensure that UGM’s MMF program consistently maintains and improves the quality of its education following accreditation.
The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. apt. Satibi, M.Si., officially opened the event. In his remarks, he emphasized that the monitoring and evaluation process is far from a mere formality, it is a strategic necessity. “We see LAM-PTKes evaluations as a mirror and constructive feedback. This is an opportunity for us to continually improve and ensure that UGM’s Master of Pharmacy Management graduates remain relevant and highly competitive in addressing challenges within both the national and global health industries,” said Prof. Satibi.
The agenda included presentations from faculty leadership, followed by detailed assessments and discussions on recommendations for each of the nine accreditation criteria. This session served as an important forum to review the implementation of ongoing improvements made by the program. The event concluded with the presentation and signing of the official minutes documenting the Monev results.
