Yogyakarta, 22 April 2026 – The Faculty of Pharmacy proudly announces the improved performance of the Indonesia Journal of Pharmacy (IJP). Based on the latest update, the journal’s SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) has increased from 0.203 to 0.223. In addition, its H-index has risen to 15.
This achievement reflects the strengthening of publication quality, scientific visibility, and IJP’s contribution to the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences at both national and international levels. Appreciation is extended to the journal’s editorial team, particularly the Editor-in-Chief, apt. Marlyn Dian Laksitorini, M.Sc., Ph.D. for their dedication to maintaining high publication standards of the journal.
The improved performance of the Indonesia Journal of Pharmacy is also aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) through contributions of pharmaceutical research to public health, SDG 4 (Quality Education) by enhancing the quality of higher education and scientific publications, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) through the development of innovation and a sustainable research ecosystem in the pharmaceutical field.
