Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Gadjah Mada Hosts Joint Grade Entry Session in OBA SIMASTER to Publish Students’ Final Grade Results

Yogyakarta, July 10, 2025 – To guarantee the timely publication of final student grades, lecturers at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Gadjah Mada University (UGM), held a Joint Grade Entry Session using the OBA SIMASTER system. This event is a tangible effort by the study programs and the faculty to uphold academic quality, enhance transparency, and promote efficiency in managing student grade data.

The session took place at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of the APSLC Pharmacy UGM building and was attended by all lecturers responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. During the event, lecturers collectively inputted and verified assessment scores directly into the OBA SIMASTER system under the guidance of the Heads of Study Programs and the academic team. This collective process ensures that all student grades are entered correctly and completely according to regulations, allowing for on-time publication without technical issues that could delay students from receiving their academic results.

This joint grade entry also highlights the close synergy between course lecturers, program heads, and the academic team in maintaining the quality of academic administration within the UGM Faculty of Pharmacy. By conducting this session together, the grade input process, which was previously done independently, can now be collectively monitored, thereby minimizing the potential for input errors.

Through this initiative, the UGM Faculty of Pharmacy aims to make its academic administration processes more structured and systematic. The event reflects the faculty’s commitment to providing quality education, in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4. Furthermore, the activity is expected to increase accountability and strengthen coordination among all educational stakeholders, aligning with SDG 16, which focuses on Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. By fostering a high-quality, transparent, and responsible educational environment, the faculty reinforces its commitment to producing graduates who can contribute to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by becoming conscious of healthy living and improving well-being for all ages.
