Yogyakarta, September 26, 2026 — The Faculty of Pharmacy at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) hosted a career coaching event titled “Career GPS: Stop Guessing, Start Growing!” on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The event, titled “Coaching Experience for Career Direction & Performance Growth,” took place from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. WIB in the Executive Meeting Room on the 7th floor of the APSLC Building at the UGM Faculty of Pharmacy.
This event featured Fajar Muhaimin, S.Farm., CPEC, CRMO, a Human Capital Practitioner and Corporate Coach. As an experienced speaker in the fields of human resource development and corporate coaching, he provided participants with in-depth insights and valuable practical experience regarding career development strategies and how to navigate their career paths.
Through an interactive approach, participants gain a coaching experience focused on identifying their potential, improving their performance, and precisely defining their career paths. This approach is designed to help participants understand their core strengths and optimize their capabilities in a targeted manner aligned with their individual professional goals.
With the central message “Discover Your Potential, Improve Your Performance, and Define Your Career Path,” this event served as both a space for reflection and a means of equipping participants to face challenges in the workplace. This initiative aligns with the UGM Faculty of Pharmacy’s commitment to enhancing the competencies and readiness of its graduates and students to navigate the evolving professional world.
